Investor of the year 2023
We are proud to share that the project "Sugar Confectionery Factory" in Vratsa won the "Investor of the Year 2023" award in the category for contribution to the development of the region. ILPM-BG began work on this project as early as selecting a suitable site for investment. Together with the Client, we went through the entire process from feasibility studies, design, and currently construction. I would like to thank the Investor "Blue Summer 23" for their trust and the honor of accepting the award on their behalf, as an acknowledgment of our efforts and work.

Future Projects
Having achieved the successful completion of our inaugural project, we are delighted to reveal that we have entered into agreements for the management and construction of two new ventures - a factory and a warehouse complex. These fresh assignments, collectively valued at 9.0 million leva, stand as a testament to our accomplished work. We take pride in having gained the confidence of our new investors through our commitment to work quality, timely delivery, and adherence to project budgets. Expect further updates as construction progresses.
