Quality control and technical consultancy

  • Carrying out systematic control of the performed works and the quality of the input materials by taking samples from them for inspection and monitoring the technologies for their assimilation, in accordance with the specifications, standards, regulations and requirements of the client.

  • Checking whether the contractors and their suppliers perform the planned tests of the materials, constructions and installations, incl. checking the results of these tests and requiring documentation that certifies the quality of the work performed (reports, certificates and protocols);

  • Inspection of hidden works, which will later be closed or inaccessible for inspection;

  • Check whether the individual parts of the site are cleaned and tidy.

  • Supervision of the quality control systems of the contractors in accordance with the agreed quality control procedures and the plans for organization and execution of the construction. In case the works are not performed in accordance with the specifications, informing the client about the established violations and assistance in performing actions for elimination of the irregularities. According to the needs, preparation and implementation of tests in independent laboratories.

  • Monitoring the progress of works and ensuring contractor compliance with statutory and client requirements.

Cost Management

  • Weekly progress reporting, including:

  • Progress of construction work relative to the schedule and including photographic evidence

  • Status of the project design and statutory documentation
